How the calculation works
Height = cards × (card thickness + (front film + back film) ÷ 1000) + total allowance.
Before you use the result
Film values are per side. Trapped air, seams and double sleeves change real stack height. Measure a sample stack for a closer fit.
A worked example
Cards: 100 · Card thickness (mm): 0.3 · Sleeve front film (microns): 100 · Sleeve back film (microns): 100 · Total stack allowance (mm): 3.
